摘要
目的：研究分析偏头痛的中医分型治疗效果。方法2011～2013年我院共接受了156例偏头痛患者，对其进行了中医分型治疗，对治疗效果进行探讨分析。结果全部患者接受治疗后，有112例痊愈、25例好转、17例有效，2例无效，患者的治愈率是71.8%，有效率是98.7%。结论偏头痛临床中采取中医治疗的方式需要对患者进行辨证分型，根据患者的病情和体质来进行药量的增减，避免患者因药物原因而元气受损，提升药物的治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical efifcacy of traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 156 patients with migraine from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, investigated the effect of treatment. Results After treatment, 112 cases were cured, 25 cases were improved, 17 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the cure rate was 71.8%, effective rate was 98.7%. Conclusion When treating migraine with traditional Chinese medicine, we should pay attention to syndrome differentiation, to increase or decrease the dosage according to the patient‘s illness and physical situation, and improve therapy effect.
