中药治疗痤疮临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acne

目的：观察痤疮治疗过程中中药的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年11月～2014年11月入院接受治疗的84例痤疮患者，将患者随机分为A、B两组，分别使用中药治疗与西药治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果中药治疗的A组总体有效率为90.5%，西药治疗的B组总体有效率为73.8%，两组差异对比具有统计学意义。结论临床痤疮的治疗，选用中药治疗手段治疗效果确切，且能够避免长期使用抗生素和激素治疗造成的不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne. Methods Chose 84 cases of acne patients in our hospital and divided into two groups. Group A was treated with Chinese medicine, Group B was treated with Western medicine, compared the effect in two groups. Results In group A, the efifciency rate was 90.5%. In group B, the efifciency rate was 73.8%. Conclusion The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in acne has exact curative effect, and can avoid the adverse reaction of long-term caused by the use of antibiotics and hormone treatment.
