中国结缕草属植物种质资源水分利用效率变异分析 被引量:11

摘要 以目前园林绿化中广泛应用的‘青岛结缕草’和马尼拉为对照,对中国结缕草属5种1变种52份野生种源的水分利用效率进行了测定分析。结果表明:中国结缕草属52份种源水分利用效率的变异范围为0.141%-0.377%,变异系数为19.66%,中国结缕草属内不同种源的水分利用效率存在极显著的差异,排序为:细叶结缕〈结缕草〈沟叶结缕草〈中华结缕草〈长花结缕草〈大穗结缕草,变异系数最大的为结缕草;在结缕草、中华结缕草种内水分利用效率存在着极显著的差异,且结缕草种内水分利用效率变异高于中华结缕草种内变异。在52份供试种源中,水分利用效率高于马尼拉的有15份种源,水分利用效率高于‘青岛结缕草’的有11份种源。中国结缕草属植物和结缕草的水分利用效率与纬度呈极显著的正相关,与经度无明显相关性,中华结缕草的水分利用效率与经纬度均无显著的相关性。 The water-use efficiency (WUE) of 52 accessions of Zoysia Willd. were tested using Z. japonica CV. Qingdao and Manila(Z. matrella) as checks. The results showed that:The variation range of WUE of 52 accessions was 0. 141%-0. 377% ,variation coefficient was 19. 660/oo. Highly significant differences existed in WUE among 52 accessions. The WUE of six species was different the ordec was Z. tenuifolia〈Z, japonica Z. matrella〈Z, sinica〈Z, sinica vat. nipponica〈Z, macrostachy, variation coefficient of Z. japonica was the largest. Highly significant differences existed between Z. japonica and Z. sinica. Variation coefficient of WUE of Z. japonica was significantly higher than that of Z. sinica . There were obvious differences in WUE between Z. japonica and Z. sinica. The variance of WUE of Z. japonica was significant higher than that of Z. sinica. There were 15 accessions whose WUE were signifi cantly higher than that of 'Manila;11 accessions significantly higher than that of Qingdao. There were significant linear positive correlation between the latitude of collection sites and the WUE of accessions of Zoysia Willd. and Z. japonica, but no significant correlation between longitude of collection sites and the WUE of accessions of Zoysia Willd. and Z. japonica; there were no significant correlation between the latitude and longitude of collection sites and the WUE of Z. sinica.
