摘要
为探讨粉煤灰在草坪业的应用,以土壤中添加不同比例(0、25%、50%、75%和100%)粉煤灰作为培养基质,分析粉煤灰添加对草地早熟禾种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,草地早熟禾在50%、75%和100%粉煤灰基质的发芽率显著高于全土和25%粉煤灰基质(P〈0.05);同时发芽势和发芽指数在75%粉煤灰基质显著高于全土和25%粉煤灰基质(P〈0.05),但与50%粉煤灰基质差异不显著(P〉0.05)。草地早熟禾幼苗鲜重、干重、叶片数量、叶片长度、基径、根系数量和根系长度在全土、25%和50%粉煤灰基质中差异不显著(P〉0.05),但在100%粉煤灰基质中显著下降了75%、62%、24%、45%、40%、57%和56%(P〈0.05)。以上结果说明,土壤中添加粉煤灰有利于草地早熟禾种子发芽,50%-75%粉煤灰基质的草地早熟禾种子发芽快、发芽整齐、发芽率高,添加少量粉煤灰对草地早熟禾生长没有影响,但大量添加会影响生长;草地早熟禾发芽和生长的最佳培养基质为50%全土+50%粉煤灰。
To apply fly ash to lawn industry,Poa pratensis seeds were planted in different matrixes(soil mixed with fly ash in 0,25%,50%,75% and 100% ratio).The effects of fly ash addition on seed germination and seedling growth were analyzed.The results showed that seed germination percentage of P.pratensis was significantly greater in the 50%,75%and 100%fly ash matrix than those in the full soil and 25%fly ash matrixes(P〈0.05),The germinating viability and germination index was significantly greater in the 75%fly ash matrix than in the full soil and 25%fly ash matrixes(P〈0.05),but the difference was not significant between the 50% and 75%fly ash matrix(P〉0.05).There were no significant differences in fresh weight,dry weight,leaf number,leaf length,diameter,root number and root length of P.pratensis in the full soil,25%and 50%fly ash matrix(P〉0.05).However,the indexes significantly declined by 75%,62%,24%,45%,40%,57% and 56%in the 100%fly ash matrix(P〈0.05).According to the above results,fly ash addition was benefit to the seed germination of P.pratensis.The seed sprouted more,faster,and evener in the 50%-75%fly ash matrixes.The seedling growth of P.pratensis was not influenced in the low percentage of fly ash matrix,but it was affected in the high percentage.The optimum medium was 50%soil and 50%fly ash for seed germination and seedling growth of P.pratensis.
