摘要
近年来,关于员工各种心理的研究进行得如火如荼,而员工的职场妒忌心理却并未引起足够的重视。本文就职场妒忌的概念、成因及其对组织的影响后果进行了一定的分析,并提出了相应的职场妒忌应对策略。
In recent years, the psychological research on all kinds of employees is growing vigorously, while it not enough to pay attention to the psychological problems on the employees' envy in workplace. This paper analyzes the concept and the cause of ineluctable envy among colleagues in workplace and its aftereffect on the organization, with the corresponding countermeasures to the problem of envy proposed.
