探讨多主体合作的旧城改造模式

Research on Renewal Mode of the Old City Based on Multilateral Cooperation

本文在对目前旧城改造的现状及政府面临的主要问题进行分析总结的基础上提出了多方合作的旧城改造模式,并对合作模式中的组织架构、关键要素和实施流程等进行了重点论述,为旧城改造提供了新的思路。

The mode of urban area renovation within the framework of multilateral cooperation is put forward in this paper on the basis of summing up the situation and the main problem faced by the government. Then focus on analysis the organizational framework, key characters and process of implementation in the cooperation model, provide new cogitation on urban redevelopment.
