乌司他丁联合甲基强的松龙治疗重症肺炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation of ulinastatin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的观察乌司他丁联合甲基强的松龙治疗重症肺炎的临床效果。方法 86例重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例对照组单一使用甲基强的松龙治疗,治疗组用乌司他丁联合甲基强的松龙治疗;观察治疗前后患者症状体征、呼吸频率、胸部X线、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)、血乳酸等指标。结果治疗后两组患者症状体征及各项观察指标较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),且呼吸频率、胸部X线、C反应蛋白、血乳酸等指标治疗组较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合甲基强的松龙治疗重症肺炎可以有效抑制机体炎症反应,减轻机体的毒性反应,对重症肺炎治疗有显著效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 86 severe pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received methylprednisolone alone, while the treatment group received additional ulinastatin. Clinical symptoms, respiratory rate, chest X-ray, WBC count, C-reactive protein （CRP）, oxygenated index （PaO2/FiO2）, and blood lactate were observed before and after the treatment. Results Symptoms and other indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment, compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and respiratory rate, chest X-ray, CRP and blood lactate were improve more obviously in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with methylp＇rednisolone can effectively inhibit the body＇s inflammatory response and reduce the body ＇s toxicity in the treatment of severe pneumonia, and it has a significant effect for severe oneumonia.
