隔离护理对老年肺癌患者化疗后合并Ⅳ度骨髓抑制感染情况的影响

Influence of insulation nursing on Ⅳ degree myelosuppression complicated with infection after chemotherapy in senile lung cancer patients

目的探讨隔离护理措施对减少老年肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制合并感染情况的影响。方法 238例老年肺癌化疗后合并Ⅳ度白细胞下降的患者随机分为正步组130例,隔离组108例,正常组反给予普通护理隔离组在普通护理的基础上再给予隔离干预措施,观察两组患者感染率的异同。结果本研究表明,隔离护组感染发生率明显低于正常组,分别为7%和20%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺癌化疗后Ⅳ度白细胞下降的患者,给予隔离护理能够明显降低感染发生率,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of insulation nursing on reducing myelosuppression complicated with infection after chemotherapy in senile lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 238 senile lung cancer patients with Ⅳ degree leukocyte decline after chemotherapy were randomly divided into normal group with 130 cases and insulation group with 108 cases. The normal group received normal nursing measures alone, while the insulation group received insulation nursing on the basis of normal nursing. The infection rate was observed in the two groups.Results This study showed that the infection rate was lower in the insulation group than the normal group, and the rates were 7% and 20%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of insulation nursing on Ⅳ degree leukocyte decline after chemotherapy in senile lung cancer patients can remarkably decrease the infection rate, and it is worth further promotion and application.
