Development of study on conjugated linolenic acid

共轭亚麻酸(CLN)已被证实具有多种生理活性,本文简单介绍了CLN的结构、组成和来源,对CLN的生理活性、制备方法、分析手段的研究进展进行了综述。研究表明:CLN具有抗癌、降血脂、减肥等生理功能,但其作用机理还不确定;主要通过天然提取、碱异构化及生物合成法制备CLN,但目前产业化纯化制备高含量CLN的工艺条件还不成熟;通过紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(NMR)等手段可以对CLN的组成进行初步分析鉴定,但对其构型的确定难度较大。通过综述为CLN的进一步研究指明了方向,对CLN日后在医药、保健品领域的应用具有积极的意义。

Conjugated Linolenic Acid were confirmed of many biological activities. Its structure,composition and source were briefly introduced. The reseach progress of its physiological activity,preparation and analysis were summarized. The results showed that CLN have effect such as anticancer,reducing fat accumulation and blood lipid although the mechanism is not clear;nature extraction,alkali isomerization and biosynthesis are main methods to prepare CLN,but the purification are still under satisfaction for commercial use;the structure of CLN is difficult to determine with a preliminary analysis by UV,IR and NMR. The review will benefit the further study and application of CLN.
