慢性心衰对男性性激素水平及性功能的影响

Impact of chronic heart failure on the male sex hormone levels and sexual function

目的:探讨男性慢性心力衰竭对性激素水平及性功能的影响,以期寻找出最佳的方法提高临床诊治水平。方法:选取2010年2月至2013年2月34例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,称为研究组,且根据心功能分级分成3级;另外选取同时期的健康体检患者35例作为对照组,对两组患者均进行性激素水平检测,观察在性功能指标上的差异性。结果:在性激素水平上,对照组和研究组在性激素水平E2、T和E2/T比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在性欲频度、性交频度、阴茎勃起力度、性高潮获得率、性交失败率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且在研究组内,心功能Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅳ级之间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者本身性激素水平会下降,也会降低患者性功能水平,且心功能等级越高,则性功能越差。

Objectives： To investigate the effect of chronic heart failure on the male sex hormone levels and sexual function in order to find out the best ways to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 34 chronic heart failure patients in our hospital between February 2010 and February 2013 were selected as the study group and rated level 3 according to the NYHA; 35 healthy patients in the same period were selected as control group. The hormone levels of the two groups were detected and differences in the sexual function index were observed. Results：As for the sex hormone levels,there was statistically significant difference in the levels of sex hormones E2,T and E2/ T between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,so were the differences in the frequency of sexual desire,frequency of sexual intercourse,erection strength,incidence of orgasm and sexual failure（ all P〈0. 05）. In the study group,the difference between the NYHA Ⅱ and Ⅲ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ were also statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Patients with chronic heart failure has decreased hormone levels,which will adversely affect their sexual function,and the higher level of heart failure results into worse sexual function.
