摘要
目的:探讨健康宣教对性病就诊者焦虑状态的影响。方法:将性病就诊者随机分配分成两组,每组36例。其中对照组未进行健康宣教,观察组采用健康宣教措施,1周后复查,按Zung量表重新评定;两组患者分别在就诊开始前直接填写调查问卷(一),患者初次就诊结束后再次填写调查问卷(二),并做好标注,如观察组一1、观察组二1。对结果进行统计学处理。结果:两组性病就诊者健康宣教前与健康宣教后的焦虑构成比结果有差异(P<0.05);两组患者健康宣教后焦虑评分比较具有高度显著性,t=2.85,P<0.01;观察组患者健康宣教前后焦虑状态评分比较具有高度显著性差异,t=3.02,P<0.01。结论:健康宣教可以有效减轻性病就诊者的焦虑状态,目前临床医护可以进行个性化、多元化健康宣教,尤其是心理治疗及护理,可以作为性病就诊者的有效方法。
Objectives: To explore the influence of health education on the anxiety of patients with sexually transmitted diseases( STD). Method: The STD outpatients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of36 cases. The control group did not receive health education,while the observation group received health education.The anxiety of patients were reevaluated 1 week later with Zung scale; patients in both groups filled in the questionnaire( a) before treatment,and filled out questionnaire( b) after the first visit. All the questioners were marked and the results were statistically analyzed. Result: The anxiety composition of the STD patients in both groups before and after health education were different( P〈 0. 05); The anxiety score of patients in the two groups after health education was highly significant,t = 2. 85,P 〈0. 01; the anxiety scores of patients in the observation group before and after health education were significant different,t = 3. 02,P〈 0. 01. Conclusion: Health education can effectively reduce the anxiety state of STD patients. The personalized and diversified health education,especially the psychological treatment and nursing,can be used as an effective treatment method for STD patients.
