摘要
针对生态工业园新入园企业选址问题的重要性和复杂性,论文讨论了影响企业选址的因素,并提出了一种GIS辅助下的企业选址三阶段算法:第一阶段,在GIS平台上针对生态敏感区/点对生态工业园区企业的禁止或不适宜选址区域进行分析,得到允许企业选址的区域;第二阶段,利用重心法对企业物质集成进行产业共生网络分析,从而获得企业可能的若干位置点,然后再由它们与上述允许企业选址区域的位置关系,得到若干可能的选址区域;第三阶段,利用GIS的最短路径分析功能,计算各位置点与园区基础设施之间的距离,得到最佳点所在的区域即为企业的拟选地址。最后,以南通经济技术开发区农药工业园某新入园企业选址为例,对提出的选址算法进行了实证分析。
The issue of site selection of newly entered enterprises in EIPs is important and complicated. This paper discussed the factors that influenced the enterprise site selection and put forward a three-stage algorithm based on GIS. At the first stage, the ecological sensitive areas or spots were identified as the inhibitory or inappropriate regions, obtaining permitted areas. Then gravity method was used to calculate the mass integration and analyze the industrial symbiosis network situation, so candidate proper points were selected. According to the relationship between the points and the permitted areas, some possible areas were selected. At the third stage, shortest-path algorithm was adopted to analyze the distance between infrastructures in the EIP and candidate points, the optimal points was determined to be the final site of the new enterprise. At last, a new enterprise in the Pesticide Ecological Industrial Park of Nantong economic and technological development zone was taken as an example to verify the proposed site selection algorithm.
