芦新河泵站水泵机组首次大修施工的思考

Thoughts on The First Major Overhaul in Luxin River Pump Station Unit

天津市芦新河泵站是一座市属流域中型排水泵站,位置显著,承担任务繁重,作用突出。2008年投入并经多年运行后,水泵机组出现电流、震动增大等问题及故障,2013年实施了主水泵的首次解体大修工程。本文对大修施工、机组故障分析及修复等进行了较详细阐述,并结合问题及实际对今后泵站的运行与管理提出几点建议。

Tianjin Luxin River Pump Station is a medium-sized water drainage pump station of municipal water basin,which is characterized by remarkable location,heavy task and prominent role. The station has been operated for many years since 2008, water pump unit showed other problems and failures such as current, vibration increase, etc. First disintegration major overhaul project on main water pump was implemented in 2013. In the paper,overhaul construction,unit failure analysis and repair,etc. are described in detail. Problems and practical conditions are combined for proposing several suggestions to pump station operation and management in the future.
