对置活塞二冲程柴油机喷油角度对油气混合的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对于对置活塞对置气缸(OPOC)柴油机燃烧组织困难的特点,利用AVL FIRE软件对该型样机不同的喷油策略进行模拟计算,对比分析不同喷油方案下的缸内湍动能、缸内平均温度分布、缸内压力分布以及燃烧累积放热量对燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:优化喷油方向是改善燃烧的有效手段,其中优化喷油角度可以有利于湍动能的形成,更好地促进组织燃烧,从而提高柴油机的性能。 Organizing reasonable in cylinder fuel injection is helpful to the combustion in the opposed piston op- posed cylinder (OPOC) diesel engine. Focusing on this issue, the performances of mean turbulence kinetic ener- gy, distribution of temperature, accumulated heat release, mean pressure with different injection strategies were studied with AVL FIRE software. The results show that the optimized fuel injection direction is an effective means to improve the performance on combustion. One of the effective technical measures on improving diesel power, is to optimize diesel injection strategy and the match of Combustion system parameters.
