摘要
探讨PDGF-BB及Notch 1在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用及与临床病理特征的关系,采用免疫组化SP法检测PDGF-BB及Notch1在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况。在60例卵巢癌组织中,PDGF-BB阳性染色主要位于细胞浆中。60%(36/60)高表达,40%(24/60)低表达。Notch1阳性染色主要位于细胞膜中,细胞核、细胞浆亦有表达。63%(38/60)高表达,37%(22/60)低表达。在10例正常卵巢组织中,PDGF-BB部分染色显示高表达10%(1/10),其余均为低表达。Notch1部分染色显示高表达20%(2/10),其余均为低表达。说明在卵巢癌组织中,PDGF-BB的阳性表达率明显高于正常卵巢组织,提示PDGF-BB的表达与卵巢癌的发生有明确的关系;同时PDGF-BB表达水平与卵巢癌的分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移相关。Notch1的阳性表达率明显高于正常卵巢组织,提示Notch1的表达与卵巢癌的发生有明确的关系;同时Notch1表达水平与卵巢癌的分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移相关。相关性分析发现卵巢癌中PDGF-BB表达与Notch1的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。
Explore PDGF-BB and Notch1 in its role in the development of ovarian cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological features,research by immunohistochemical SP method is detected PDGF-BB and Notch1 expression in ovarian cancer tissue.In 60 cases of ovarian cancer tissues,PDGF-BB positive staining mainly in the cytoplasm.60%( 36 /60) high expression,60%( 36 /60),lower expression.Notch1 positive staining is mainly located in cell membrane,nucleus and cytoplasm are expressed.63%( 38 /60) high expression,63%( 38 /60),lower expression.In 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue,PDGF-BB staining showed high expression of 10%( 1 /10),the rests are low.Notch1 section staining showed high expression of 20%( 2 /10).The rest are low expression.It is conclused that in ovarian cancer tissues,the positive expression rate of PDGF-BB was obviously higher than that of normal ovarian tissue and prompt the expression of PDGF-BB have definite relationship with the occurrence of ovarian cancer;And PDGF-BB expression level and ovarian cancer staging,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis.Positive expression rate of Notch1 was obviously higher than that of normal ovarian tissue and prompt the expression of Notch1 have definite relationship with the occurrence of ovarian cancer;Meanwhile Notch1 expression level and ovarian cancer staging,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis.Correlation analysis found PDGFBB expression in ovarian cancer and Notch l expression were positively correlated.
