摘要
采用香豆胶和自主研发的交联剂形成了低浓度香豆胶配方体系。对低浓度香豆胶压裂液配方体系进行研究,评价了低浓度香豆胶压裂液的耐温耐剪切、流变、破胶等性能;并与常规瓜胶压裂液的性能进行对比。结果表明,由于香豆胶较之瓜胶有更多的交联结点,低浓度香豆胶压裂液稠化剂浓度为常规瓜胶压裂液稠化剂浓度一半时,即可满足压裂施工的携砂要求。破胶后的残渣较普通瓜胶配方降低了44.8%,储层伤害率降低了10%。低浓度香豆胶压裂液是一种有很好应用前景的低成本、低伤害压裂液。
Used fenugreek gum and independent researched crosslinker form a low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid system.Low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid system were studied.Shear proof,rheology,gel break performance of low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid was evaluated,and compared the performance with conventional guar gum fracturing fluid.The results show that,because of fenugreek gum's more crosslinking points than that of guar gum,low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid can meet the construction requirements of carrying sand fracturing and the low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid thickener concentration is a half the thickener concentration of conventional guar gum fracturing fluid.The residue after fenugreek gum fracturing fluid gel breaking than ordinary guar gum fracturing fluid is reduced by 44.8%,damage rate is reduced by10%.Low concentration fenugreek gum fracturing fluid is a low cost,and good application prospect of low damage fracturing fluid.
