摘要
基于页岩气开发中对页岩井壁稳定的严格要求和聚合醇抑制剂在钻井液中性能特点,应用聚合醇(丙三醇、乙二醇和聚乙二醇200)与水共同构建钻井液液相的研究方法,配制了新型聚合醇钻井液。通过抑制膨润土造浆实验、页岩膨胀实验和页岩滚动分散实验,对比评价了新型聚合醇钻井液与传统应用抑制剂的钻井液的抑制性能。结果表明,与传统应用抑制剂的钻井液相比,新型聚合醇钻井液更有利于抑制膨润土的水化造浆、页岩水化膨胀和页岩水化分散,具有更佳的应用前景。
Based on the strict requirements of wellbore stability in drilling engineering of shale gas development and property characteristics of polyalcohol in drilling fluid,the new polyalcohol in drilling fluids were prepared by the method of polyalcohol( Glycerol,Glycol and Polyethylene glycol 200) and water together composed the liquid phase of drilling fluid.Through bentonite inhibition test,shale linear swelling test and shale hot-rolling dispersion test,the inhibition behavior of new polyalcohol drilling fluid and traditional drilling fluid which contains inhibitors were compared in this paper.The results indicated that,compared to traditional drilling fluid which contains inhibitors,the new polyalcohol drilling fluids perform good at inhibiting formation of mud using bentonite,clay swelling and dispersion.This research possesses a good application prospect in shale gas decelopment.
