摘要
砂轮静平衡是砂轮主要质量指标之一。根据国内外发展状况和行业内检验设备不足,难以满足生产需求的问题,采用"三点测量求矢量和"计算方法,利用嵌入式Linux系统、高精度24位A/D转换器HX711、大屏幕LCD显示器构建砂轮静平衡测量系统。详细介绍了测量方法、系统构架和硬件电路设计,同时给出了软件主程序框图、A/D转换驱动程序、LCD显示驱动程序等软件设计思想。通过移植Linux嵌入式操作系统,利用Qt技术构建显示界面,具备完善的人机交互功能。通过实验验证了系统的可行性,为砂轮静平衡检测提供了一种新途径。
Static balance is one of the major technical parameters to evaluate the quality of grinding wheel.A static balance measuring instrument was proposed to solve some problems,where the lack of inspection equipment made it difficult to meet production demands in this field.The instrument adopted calculate vector sum of three points,and exploited embed linux system,high-accuracy 24-bit ADC HX711 and large LCD.The paper introduced the measurement method,system architecture and hardware circuit.At the same time,the block diagram of main program,A / D transformer driver,LCD display driver are also presented.The embedded Linux operating system was transplanted and the display interface was constructed by Qt technology.It achieved human-computer interaction perfectly.The test confirms the feasibility of system,and provides a new approach for the test of static balance.
