基于灰色聚类分析的新疆区域物流发展水平评价研究

Study on Evaluation of Regional Logistic Development Level in Xinjiang based on Grey Clustering Analysis

在"丝绸之路"经济带建设和对口援疆政策的宏观背景下,通过选择影响物流需求、物流供给、物流业相关产业和区域经济基础的10个指标构建区域物流评价指标体系,以2012年新疆14个地州市数据为样本,运用基于中心点混合三角白化权函数对新疆各地州市从物流发展方面进行灰色聚类分析,最终将新疆各地州市从物流发展水平角度划分为4类区域。在此基础上,提出针对新疆14地州市区域物流发展的对策建议和相关物流发展规划,为政府相关部门提供科学的决策参考。

Under the macro-background of the economic belt construction in ＂Silk Road＂ and the policy of aid in Xinjiang, the evaluation index system of regional logistics was established through selecting 10 indices which influencing logistic demand, logistic supply, logistic-related industry and regi＇onal economic foundation, taking the data of 14 autonomous prefectures and cities in Xijiang in 2012 as examples, this paper makes grey clustering analysis on logistic development of each autonomous prefecture and city in Xinjiang by using the mixed trigonometric whitening weight function based on central point, finally, the autonomous prefectures and cities in Xijiang were divided into 4 categories of regions according to logistic development level angle. Based on above, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on regional logistic development which targeting with 14 autonomous prefectures and cities in Xijiang as well as their relative logistic development plan, so as to provide scientific decision-making reference for relative departments of government.
