摘要
采用教师胜任力问卷、职业认同问卷和专业发展问卷对524名中小学教师进行调查,考察中小学教师胜任力与专业发展的关系,以及职业认同在在胜任力与专业发展之间的中介作用。结果表明:(1)中小学教师胜任力与职业认同是中小学教师专业发展的正向预测变量;(2)中小学教师职业认同在教师胜任力、教师专业发展之间起着部分中介作用。因此,在短时间内难以改变教师自身胜任力的情况下,可通过提高教师的职业认同感来改善教师专业发展水平。
A sample of 524 elementary and secondary teachers were selected by convenience sampling, and they were surveyed with teachers' competence inventory, teachers' professional identity inventory and teachers' professional development inventory. The study was used to investigate the mediating effects of the professional identity" between competency and professional development. The results show that: (1) There were significant positive correlation between elementary and secondary teachers* competency, professional identity and professional development; (2) Elementary and secondary teachers' professional identity is playing a part of intermediary role between competence and professional development. Therefore, by improving professional identity of elementary and secondary teachers partly can improve the professional development level under the condition of being unable to alter elementary and secondary teachers' competency in a short time.
