摘要
HF203井是部署在四川盆地川东北通南巴构造带河坝场西高点南翼上的一口开发定向井。设计斜深6 013 m,最大井斜角61.54°。针对HF203井四开4 524.15~4 890.45 m井段在40余天内连续发生5次卡钻及本井存在的复杂情况,专家团就此展开分析讨论,并提出解决复杂井况的技术思路。现场应用证明,通过改善钻井液的抗高温、抗污染润滑性、流变性,增大洗井排量,对漏层与高渗透性地层进行8 h全封闭、全覆盖承压堵漏,能有效的解决该井的复杂情况,确保了本井能顺利完钻。
HF203 well is a directional well in northeast Sichuan Tongnanba structural belt Heba field of Siehuan basin. Its design oblique depth is 6013 m; the maximum deviation angle is 61.54°. Five drill pipe sticking accidents happened in 4524.15~4890.45 m section of well HF203 in 40 days, so complex conditions of the well were analyzed and discussed, and the technical way to solve complex well conditions was put forward. The field application has proved that, improving high temperature resistance, anti-pollution performance, lubricity and rheology of the drilling fluid pollution resistant as well as increasing the well washing displacement, carrying out full closed and full coverage leakage blocking with pressure for sealing layers and high permeability formation for 8 h, can effectively solve the complex conditions of the well to ensure successful finishing drilling.
