摘要
任何外在避免事故发生的安全防护措施都不能百分之百的确保零事故,正所谓危险是绝对的,安全是相对的。然而在设计上消除或减少潜在危险源可以有效的降低事故发生的概率,"你没有的东西永远都不会泄漏"。本文通过近期化工事故的分析,结合传统安全设计、本质化安全设计的研究对比,阐述化工工艺设备本质安全化设计的重要性、优越性以及使用时会应注意的问题。
External security measures to avoid accidents cannot ensure zero accidents, as the saying goes, dangerous is absolutely, safety is relative. However, in order to eliminate or reduce the probability of an accident, potential sources of the risk can be effectively reduced in the design stage, "something you do not own will never leak" .In this paper, the recent chemical accidents were analyzed, and traditional security design was compared with the essential safety design. The importance and advantages of the essential safety design of chemical processes and equipments was discussed as well as the problems needing attention.
