大功率LED散热结构研究

摘要 目前大功率LED灯具的散热问题已经成为制约LED行业深入发展的瓶颈,体积小、重量轻、结构相对简单、制造加工成本低的散热器是研究的主要方向。不同的散热器由于结构设计不同,工作时散热特点也不尽相同。论文在实测现有主流LED灯具散热器并总结分析散热效果的基础上,提出传热-散热一体的LED灯具散热器结构设计理念,并对LED灯具工作温度场进行分析,验证了传热与散热一体化设计的理念。 At present, the problem of heat dissipation of high powerLED lamp has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the LED industry. The radiator has the advantages of small volume, light weight, simple structure, low manufacturing and processing cost is the main research direction. Different structure design of radiator has the different radiating characteristics.In this study, we the measured the existing mainstream LED lamp radiator and summarize and analyze the cooling effect. Then put forward the concept of LED lamp radiator structure design of heat radiating body. And analysis of the LED operating temperature field, heat transfer and heat integration to verify the design concept.
