Research on space adaptability of public rental housing based on SI housing system

本文针对北京市已建成公共租赁住房空间适应性差的现象,基于对SI住宅体系的研究,将公共租赁住房套型设计与SI住宅体系相结合,充分发挥SI住宅体系的优越性,试图探索一种空间适应性强、满足不同种人群需求的公租房设计策略。

This paper focused on the phenomenon of poor space adaptability of public rental housing in Beijing, trying to combine the design of space in public rental housing with SI residential system based on the research of SI residential system. Making a full advantage of the SI residential system and trying to explore a new strategy of designing methods in public rental housing with strong adaptability of space and fulfill the needs of different group of people.
