摘要
本文重点介绍了上海统谊石化设备检测有限公司无损检测的实践与经验,举例对炼化生产的加氢反应器焊层剥离及裂纹、PTA装置加氢反应器腐蚀与开裂、湿硫化氢环境下设备氢鼓泡和氢致开裂检测分析等,最后对石化设备无损检测提出若干建议。
In this article,practice and experience of nondamage inspection on Shanghai, China Tongyi Petrochemical Equipment Inspection Co., Ltd were introduced. Illustrate with examples of inspection analysis for welding layer stripping and cracks in hydrogenation reactor in petroleum processing produce, corrosion and cracks in hydrogenation reactor in PTA plant, hydrogen blistering and hydrogen induced cracking in wet hydrogen sulfide environment equipment etc. Lastly, for nondamage inspection in petrochemical equipment put forward several proposed.
