漏磁检测技术在仪长线(黄梅-大冶)原油管线上的应用

摘要 本文通过使用漏磁检测原理和操作方法的漏磁检测器在仪长线原油管线上的实际应用,确定出管道缺陷位置、金属面积、深度等信息,研究制定出维修计划,对具有典型性的管道缺陷,进行开挖验证,通过检测报告,为管道的后期维护提供了依据。本次漏磁检测对管道进行在线无损检测,确定出管道缺陷位置等信息,结合检测报告,研究制定出维修计划,对具有典型性的管道缺陷,进行开挖验证。通过本次检测,管线全段共发现了缺陷点942处,其中4个缺陷点腐蚀比较严重,5年内需要进行维修,本次检测结果为管道的后期维护提供了依据。 Through the use of magneticflux leakage detection principle and method of operation of the practical application of magneticflux leakage detector on meter long crude oil pipeline, to determine the location of the pipeline defects, metal area, depth and other information, research to develop a maintenance plan, the pipeline is typical of defects, excavation verified by test reports, for the latter to provide a basis for pipeline.The magneticflux leakage inspection of pipelines online nondestructive testing, to determine the pipeline defect location information, combined with test reports, studies to develop a maintenance plan, is typical of pipeline defects, excavation verification. Through this testing, pipeline defects were found in the whole paragraph 942 points, including four serious defects pittingfive years need to be repaired, the test results for the latter part of this pipeline maintenance provided.
