Analysis on Concept and Standardization Status of Electronic Health Records

通过介绍并分析国内外电子健康档案(Electronic Health Records,EHR)定义的共同点和不同点,指出EHR所具有的关键特点。对国内外EHR标准化工作现状进行分析研究,提出相应建议,对于我国开展EHR系统建设具有一定参考价值。

In the paper,the common grounds and the differences among the Electronic Health Records（EHR） definitions are described and analyzed and the key features of EHR are pointed out.Furthermore,the current status of EHR standardization at home and abroad is studied and some recommendations are put forward.It has a certain reference value for the EHR system construction in our country.
