阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效

Observation of Curative effect of Azithromycin Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将98例小儿支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,均采用相同的基础治疗,治疗组患儿再给予阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液治疗,对照组患者只给予同等剂量的阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为98.0%,对照组患儿总有效率为85.7%,治疗组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿在退热时间、咳喘消失时间、啰音消失时间、X线胸片吸收时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P均<0.01)。两组患儿治疗后肺功能均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善幅度明显大于对照组(P均<0.01)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均为轻度,患儿可耐受。结论阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效明显提高,缩短了疗程,不良反应少而轻,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 98 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,have the same basic treatment,the treatment group in given Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of azithromycin in the treatment,control group was treated only with the same dose.Comparison of two groups of children with therapeutic effect.Results The treatment group in the total efficiency was 98.0%,control group the total effective rate was 85.7%,the treatment group than the control group, the treatment effect（P〈0.05）.The treatment group in the cooling time,cough disappeared time,Rale disappearance time,chest X-ray absorption time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The two groups after treatment of pulmonary function were significantly improved after treatment,and the treatment group improved more than the control group（P〈0.05）.The two groups after treatment the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF- levels were significantly improved after treatment,and the treatment group improved significantly more than the control group（P〈0.01）.The occurrence of the two groups of children with adverse reaction rate comparison,no significant difference（P〉0.05）,all of which were mild,children can be tolerated.Conclusion The curative effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia increased significantly,shorten the course of treatment,with less adverse reactions, higher security.
