硼酸洗液联合安普贴治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的临床疗效

Boric Acid Lotion Combined Apragaz Stick Curative Effect Observation of Phlebitis Caused by Treatment of Amiodarone

目的探讨硼酸洗液联合安普贴治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010-2013年收治的胺碘酮静脉给药所致静脉炎患者100例,随机将其等分为两组,对照组患者用50%硫酸镁浸湿无菌纱布,湿敷病变部位并用电磁波谱治疗器(TDP)照射;观察组患者先用硼酸洗液湿敷,后用安普贴粘帖于病变部位。两组患者均连续治疗3 d,并评估疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硼酸洗液联合安普贴治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎疗效明显。

Objective To explore the boric acid lotion combined apragaz posted the clinical curative effect of phlebitis caused by treatment of amiodarone.Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were amiodarone intravenous in patients with drug induced phlebitis in 100 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of patients with sterile gauze soaked with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress the lesion site,and use the electromagnetic spectrum treatment device（TDP）irradiation;the observation group with boric acid lotion wet dressing with amp after paste paste in the lesion.The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 3 D and evaluation of curative effect.Results Observation group total effective rateis significantly higher than the control group,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Boric acid lotion combined apragaz paste phlebitis caused by treatment of amiodarone curative effect is obvious.
