阴阳周天灸联合培元固本大膏药治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing of Yin and Yang Sunday Moxibustion Combined with Peiyuan big Plasterfor Cold Damp Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨阴阳周天灸联合培元固本大膏药治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理效果。方法选取2013年3月至2014年6月在河南省中医研究院附属医院疼痛科住院的寒湿型腰痛患者120例,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予阴阳周天灸疗法及常规护理,治疗组患者给予阴阳周天灸联合培元固本大膏药药烫及综合护理干预。比较两组患者的临床效果及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、数字评分法(NRS)以及腰椎功能评定情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率为90.0%,对照组患者总有效率为81.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者的VAS、NRS评分比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗后,治疗组的NRS、VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的疼痛程度较冶疗前均得到改善,屈曲伸直比明显减小,中位频率斜率明显增大;腰椎功能评定指标比较,治疗组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴阳周天灸联合培元固本大膏药治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症临床护理效果明显。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of Yang Zhou moxibustion combined with Pei-Yuan consolidate large plaster medicine hot treatment for cold dampness syndrome of lumbar disc herniation.Methods From 2013 March to 2014 June in 120 cases of cold dampness type in patients with low back pain pain department of Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Henan Province,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given the Yin and Yang Sunday moxibustion therapy and routine care,the treatment group was given Sunday Peiyuan Yin and Yang moxibustion combined with medicine hot big plaster and comprehensive nursing intervention.Of the two groups were compared the clinical effect and pain visual analogue scale（VAS）,numeric rating scale（NRS）and lumbar function evaluation.Results The patients in the treatment group the total efficiency of 90.0%,patients in the control group the total effective rate was 81.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the two groups before and after VAS treatment,NRS score compared with statistical significance,differences in treatment group after treatment,NRS,VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;after treatment,pain degree of patients in the treatment group than before treatment were improved,flexion extension ratio decreases,the median frequency slope increased significantly;comparative evaluation index of lumbar function,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of Yang Zhou moxibustion combined with Pei-Yuan consolidate large plaster medicine hot treatment for cold dampness syndrome of lumbar disc herniation is significant.
