当归六黄汤治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效

目的探讨当归六黄汤治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年2月至2014年2月到我院就诊的放射性肺炎患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组患者使用常规方法进行治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上增加当归六黄汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,治疗组患者治疗效果及X线胸片示治疗效果优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用当归六黄汤对放射性肺炎患者进行辅助治疗,效果明显,可尽快恢复患者病情,无不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Angelica six Decoction in treating radiation pneumonia.Methods From 2012 February to 2014 February to our hospital 100 cases of radiation pneumonia patients as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups,patients in the control group using conventional methods of treatment,the patients in the treatment group were increased Angelica six yellow soup on the basis of routine treatment,the treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment effect.Results After treatment, the patients in the treatment group the treatment effect is better than the patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of Angelica six yellow Soup for adjuvant treatment ofradiation pneumonia in patients with obvious effect,can restore the patient＇s condition as soon as possible,and no adverse reaction.
