西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Cydiodine Buccal Tablets for Gingivitis

目的探讨西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010-2013年在我院接受治疗的牙龈炎患者60例,采用实验对比法将其分为两组,观察组患者服用西地碘含片治疗,对照组患者服用甲硝唑片,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);在口腔细菌指数变化上,观察组患者消灭细菌的能力高于对照组(P<0.05);在患者满意程度上,观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎具有明显的治疗效果,可有效缓解患者的症状,口腔的细菌也明显减少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cydiodine Buccal Tablets treating gingivitis.Methods Selected in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital,60 gingivitis patients treatment cases,using the method of contrast experiment will be divided into two groups,the observation group patients taking Cydiodine Buccal Tablets treatment,the control group taking Metronidazole Tablets patients,to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results Patients in the observation group treatment is better than the control group（P〈0.05）;changes in the index of bacteria in the mouth,the ability of observation group of patients,the eradication of bacteria is higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）;in the satisfaction degree of patients,patients in the observation group satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using the cydiodine buccal tablets for treating gingivitis has obvious treatment effect,can effectively alleviate the symptom of patients,oral bacteria can significantly reduce.
