综合干预对老年高血压合并心血管疾病患者的临床效果

Senile Hypertension Clinical Effect in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease

目的探讨综合干预对老年高血压合并心血管疾病患者的临床效果。方法随机抽取2013年2月至2014年2月我院接诊的35例老年高血压合并心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,根据患者临床表现制订门诊治疗计划,分析治疗效果。结果本组35例患者临床治疗总有效率为91.4%,有1例(2.9%)患者因心血管并发症引起脑出血病死。结论老年高血压临床症状较为复杂,有效的降压措施对预防心脑血管疾病发生具有重要意义,有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To senile hypertension clinical effect in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods 2013 February to 2014 February were randomly selected in our hospital admissions of 35 cases of senile hypertension complicated with cardiovascular disease patients as the research object,according to the clinical manifestation of patients in outpatient treatment plan formulation,analysis and Study on the therapeutic effect.Results This group of 35 patients with clinical total effective rate was 91.4%,there were 1 cases（2.9%）of death in patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by cardiovascular complications.Conclusion Elderly hypertension clinical symptom is complex,effective antihypertensive measures has important implications for the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,help to improve the quality of life of the patients.
