口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效

Orthodontics Combining the Wrong Tooth Repair Treatment and Clinical Curative Effect in Patients with Dentition Defect

目的探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2013年12月在我院接受治疗的82例错牙合伴牙列缺损患者的临床资料,予以口腔正畸结合修复治疗,观察患者的临床疗效。结果前牙缺损的46例患者中,采取固定义齿修复的患者40例,采取活动义齿修复的患者6例。而后牙缺损的31例患者中,采取固定义齿修复的患者22例,采取活动义齿修复的患者9例。前后牙均存在缺损的5例患者中,采取固定义齿修复的患者3例,采取活动义齿修复的患者2例。经12-24个月的随访后发现,无1例患者在基牙方面出现移位或松动等症状,且所有患者对于自身的临床治疗效果均感到十分满意。结论针对错牙合伴牙列缺损患者,予以口腔正畸结合修复治疗,效果十分突出。

Objective To analyse orthodontics combined therapy combined with wrong tooth fracture repair in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods Review and analysis in December 2012- December 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of 82 cases of patients with dentition defect with wrong tooth and clinical data of line to orthodontics combined with repair treatment,observe the clinical curative effect.Results The anterior tooth defect of 46 cases,40 cases of patients take the fixed denture,6 cases of patients take activities of denture.And then the tooth defect of 31 cases,22 cases of patients taking fixed denture,9 cases of patients take activities of denture.Teeth before and after all there is a defect in 5 patients,adopt fixed denture patients in 3 cases,2 cases of patients take activities denture. After 12-24 months follow-up found that no 1 patients in the abutment teeth appear displaced or loosening and other symptoms,and all the patients for clinical treatment effects were very satisfied with their own.Conclusion For patients with dentition defect with us,wrong tooth orthodontics combined with repair treatment,the effect is very outstanding.
