胆结石小切口胆囊切除与腹腔镜切除胆囊治疗的效果观察

Stones Small Incision Cholecystectomy Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Observe the Effects of Treatment

目的探讨胆结石小切口胆囊切除与腹腔镜切除胆囊治疗的临床效果。方法选自2013年4月至2014年4月本院收治的108例胆结石患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组54例患者予以小切口胆囊切除术治疗,研究组54例患者予以腹腔镜切除胆囊治疗,分析围术期数据及并发症情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间及住院时间均少于对照组,且术后出现并发症1例(1.9%)少于对照组的10例(18.5%),比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜切除胆囊治疗胆结石的临床效果明显,患者术后恢复较快且并发症较少。

Objective To observation stones and small incision cholecystectomy laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical effects of treatment.Methods Data were randomly selected from April 2013-2014 April our hospital 108 cases of gallstone patients randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 54 patients to be small incision cholecystectomy treatment,study group of 54 patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients to be treated analysis of perioperative data and complications.Results Study patients operative time,blood loss,hilar exhaust time and hospital stay were less than the control group,The postoperative complications appeared in 1 cases（1.9%）with less than 10 cases of the control group（18.5%）,comparing the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy treat gallstones significant clinical effect,faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications.
