高血压和非高血压脑梗死患者颅内及颅外血管的临床特征

Discussion and Intracranial Hypertension and Non-hypertensive Patients with Extracranial Cerebral Vascular Characteristics

目的探讨高血压和非高血压脑梗死患者颅内及颅外血管的临床特征。方法选取我院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例,根据是否存在高血压分为8组,即A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组、H组,对其CT血管成像(CTA)检查进行评分,并对各组积分进行两两对比分析。结果 H组3种积分明显高于其他各组(P<0.05);E组斑块积分明显高于D组(P<0.05);F组头颈部颅外大血管狭窄积分明显高于A组、B组及D组(P<0.05);CT E组头颈部颅外大血管狭窄积分明显高于B组、A组及D组(P<0.05);E组颅内动脉狭窄积分明显高于B组、C组及D组(P<0.05)。结论颅内外血管动脉粥样硬化与血管狭窄程度随着动脉硬化危险因素增多而加重,颅内外血管动脉粥样硬化和血管狭窄程度要重于单纯高血压和脑梗死患者。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of hypertensive and non hypertensive cerebral infarction in patients with intracranial and extracranial vascular.Methods In our hospital 100 cases of cerebral infarction improvisation,based on the presence or absence of hypertension divided into eight groups,namely group A,group B,group C,D group,E group,F group,G group,H group（see below）.Scored its angiography（CTA）,and points in each group pairwise comparison analysis.Results Of three integral H group was significantly higher than the other groups（P〈0.05）;E group plaque score was significantly higher than in group D（P〈0.05）.Group F head and neck extracranial vascular stenosis score was significantly higher in group B,A group and D group（P〈0.05）;E group head and neck extracranial vascular stenosis score was significantly higher in group A,B and D group（P〈0.05）;E group intracranial arterial stenosis score was significantly higher in group B,C group and group D（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The degree of intracranial and extracranial vascular atherosclerosis and vascular stenosis and aggravated with the increasing of atherosclerotic risk factors,the extent of extracranial artery atherosclerosis and vascular stenosis to heavy in hypertension and cerebral infarction patients.
