腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损的临床疗效

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of Abdominal Vascular Pedicled Skin flap in Repairing skin Defect of Hand injury

目的探讨腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年2月至2014年2月收治的80例手外伤皮肤缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为两组。观察组患者使用腹部带血管蒂皮瓣进行修复,对照组患者使用手指掌侧推进皮瓣进行修复,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组40例患者皮瓣全部成活,对照组患者皮瓣成活37例,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);外形恢复满意度方面,观察组患者满意度为97.5%(39/40),对照组患者满意度为70.0%(28/40),其中对照组患者有2例出现轻度臃肿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损的疗效明显,患者满意度高,外形恢复完整,具有较高安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal with vascular pedicle skin flap to repair the defect of skin metastasis of hand injury.Methods Selected in February February to 2014 2012 in our hospital treated 80 cases of skin defect of hand injury in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,which is divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group using the abdominal vascularized flap,patients in the control group using finger volar advancement flap,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The observation group of 40 cases were all flaps survived,patients in the control group the flap survived in 37 cases,the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;shape recovery satisfaction aspect,the observation group patients satisfaction was 97.5%（39/40）,the control group patients satisfaction was 70.0%（28/40）,the patients in the control group with 2 cases appeared slightly bloated, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effect of abdomen with vascular pedicle skin flap to repair the defect of skin metastasis of hand injury obviously, patient satisfaction was high,the appearance of complete recovery,with high security.
