小儿复杂性尿路感染的护理措施

Pediatric Nursing Complicated Urinary Tract Infections

目的探讨小儿复杂性尿路感染的护理措施。方法选取我院2013年3月至2014年3月收治的100例复杂性尿路感染患儿进行分析。根据护理方式的不同分为两组,各50例。对照组患儿采用常规护理方法,观察组患儿在此基础上进行有计划的全方位护理措施,将两组患儿的护理效果和患儿家属的满意度进行比较。结果观察组患儿护理总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度为92.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复杂性尿路感染患儿进行护理干预能有效提高临床治疗效果,提升患儿及其家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of complexity urinary tract infection in children.Methods I randomly selected hospital in March 2013-2014 in March admitted 100 cases of complicated urinary tract infections in pediatric patients,according to the different methods of care were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Which the control group using conventional methods of care,on the basis of the observation group in a planned comprehensive care measures,the effects of two groups of patients care of the children and their families to compare satisfaction.Results The total effective care of children was 94.0%,significantly higher than 84.0%,and the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the observation group for families of children with nursing satisfaction was 92.0%,significantly higher than 80.0%,and the data statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Children with complicated urinary tract infections in nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical outcomes and enhance satisfaction of children and their families,deserve promotion.
