1例血友病患者静脉滴注冷沉淀引起过敏性休克的抢救与护理

One case of Hemophilia Patients Intravenous Infusion of Cryoprecipitate Cause Anaphylactic Shock Rescue and Care

目的探讨血友病患者静脉滴注冷沉淀引起过敏性休克的抢救与护理。方法评估1例血友病患者,严密观察患者病情变化,给予治疗及抢救措施,并做好患者护理。结果经抢救与护理后,该例患者得到有效治疗。结论在血友病患者静脉滴注冷沉淀引起过敏性休克抢救中,抢救与护理要规范操作,严密观察病情变化,建立完善的制度与应急系统,提高患者的安全性。

Objective To investigate the veins of patients with hemophilia dripping cold precipitation caused the rescue and nursing of anaphylactic shock.Methods Evaluation of 1 cases of hemophilia patients, close observation of patients condition changes,give the treatment and rescue measures,and make the patients nursing.Results After the rescue and nursing,the patients receive effective treatment.Conclusion When werescue and nurse a hemophilia patient with anaphylactic shock caused by intravenous infasion of cryoprecipitate,it is very important to rescue and nurse regularly,to take close observation of vital signs.For patient safety,the hospital must have perfect system and emergency system.
