摘要
基于计算机视觉检测技术,开发一种光电编码器零点自动校正系统,通过数字图像处理识别出编码器零点的位置信息,用模版匹配的方法对零点位置是否对齐进行判断。结果表明,应用计算机视觉检测技术实现编码器零点自动校正,提高了光电编码器的安装精度,解决了目前在检测过程中人工操作工作量大、判断不准确以及效率低等问题。
Based on the vision detection method, the automatic identification system applied to zero position detection of the photoelectric encoder was developed. The position information of zero was recognized by digital image processing system and located by template matching. The results show that used computer vision to identify zero position,it can improve the accuracy of the encoder in the process of installation. The problems of the heavy workload and the inaccurate located in artificial handle at present are resolved.
