摘要 应用有限元分析软件对圆锥滚子轴承进行有限元分析,得到直母线圆锥滚子轴承端部存在应力集中。对滚子母线进行对数修形,得到了一定工况条件下的最佳修形量,并研究了在该修形量下的载荷适应性。 Finite element analysis software is introduced to optimize the tapered roller bearings. A conclusion is drawn from the optimization results that the straight generatrix tapered roller bearings have stress concentration. The logarithmic modification of the rollers is performed,and the optimum modification amount is acquired. Besides, the load adaptability problem in the same modification amount is analyzed.
