摘要
对于不同的采煤区域,其所对应的采煤工作面的煤层厚度、倾角、结构、煤和煤层周围岩石的性质以及煤层顶板和底板状态都各不相同,这就要求在设计液压支架的过程能够充分考虑到上述因素。文中主要对液压支架的选型及其整体结构设计进行了阐述,对影响液压支架选型的因素和液压支架各个部件的结构设计进行了详细说明,为液压支架的设计工作提供了理论依据。
Because the coal mining area is different,the corresponding seam mining working face thickness, dip angle,the nature of the surrounding rock structure,coal and coal seam and roof and floor conditions,are different. It is necessary to give full consideration to the factors in the design of hydraulic support. The selection and design of the overall structure of the hydraulic support are introduced. Especially the structure design influence factors on the selection of hydraulic support and hydraulic components are described. The study provides reference for the design of hydraulic support.
