摘要
通过光学显微镜及SEM对两种芳纶浆粕的微观形态进行了观察比较;采用保尔筛分仪对两种浆粕进行分级,进一步了解两种浆粕的尺寸分布;通过MorFi Compact对两种浆粕进行测试,分析了两种浆粕的长度、粗度、扭结数、卷曲指数及细小纤维含量等,并将两种浆粕与国产间位芳纶短切纤维制备复合纸,比较了两种浆粕的成纸性能。
Morphology and properties of meta-aramid pulp and paraaramid pulp were compared. Microstructure of these two kinds of pulp were observed and compared by light microscope and SEM. We screened these two kings of pulp by Paul screener to know size distribution of them. Length, coarseness, kink number, curl index and fi nes content of pulps were tested by Mor Fi Compact. These two kinds of pulp were mixed with pare-aramid fi ber to make composite paper, and their papermaking performance was compared.
