摘要
以年产25万吨木浆为例,基于同样的洗选漂流程,对比分别配置真空洗浆机与双辊压榨洗浆机生产线,通过分析水、蒸汽、电等方面的消耗以及废水排放等,突显了双辊洗浆机在降低生产成本方面的优势。
Taken 250,000t/a wood pulping line as an example, the two production lines equipped between with vacuum washer and with twin-roll press were compared and analyzed based on same washing and bleaching processes. Through the analysis on the consumption of water, steam, electricity and effl uent discharge, twin-roll press was highlighted the advantage in operation cost reduction.
