摘要
为了充分利用环境友好型材料竹材,文中提出了竹材-混凝土组合结构桥面板,即以抗拉强度较高的竹胶板作为受拉区,而以抗压强度较高的混凝土作为受压区,2种材料界面处采用螺钉剪力连接件而形成竹-混凝土组合结构板.为了掌握竹-混凝土组合结构螺钉剪力键的抗剪承载能力等基本力学性能,完成了9组共27个推出试件的推出试验,综合研究了螺钉的直径、钉入角度、顺纹向排列间距对螺钉连接件抗剪承载能力的影响,并对推出试验数据进行了拟合处理分析,提出了该螺钉剪力键的抗剪承载能力、抗剪刚度计算公式,以及螺钉剪力键荷载-滑移曲线的函数表达式,为该类型剪力连接件在竹-混凝土组合结构的实际应用提供必要的前提.
In order to make full use of environmental friendly materials of bamboo,a bamboo-concrete composite bridge deck is presented firstly in this paper,that is bamboo plywood with a higher tensile strength works as tension zone and concrete with higher compressive strength works as compression zone,bamboo-concrete composite structure is shaped with screw shear connectors in two kinds of materials at the interface.For grasping the basic mechanics such as shear bearing capacity of screw shear connector on bamboo-concrete composite structure,nine groups of push-out specimens have been tested in this paper,the comprehensive study of the influence of diameter,screw into the angle,longitudinal direction spacing on the screw shear bearing capacity were conducted.A fitting analysis is conducted to the push out test data,the calculating formula of shear capacity and shear stiffness,as well as the function expression of load-slip curve of screw shear connector are all proposed,which will provides the necessary premise in the actual application of bamboo-concrete composite structure with this type of shear connection.
