环保型浮式柔性防撞装置试验与数值仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 环保型浮式柔性防撞装置是一种新型的比强度、比刚度大和比吸能高的复合材料防撞结构.文中对其进行了4种不同工况下的碰撞试验,对比了有无防撞装置和不同撞击速度条件下的撞击力、撞击加速度、动位移等碰撞动力效应,研究了防撞装置的缓冲消能效果;对应进行了4种不同工况下的数值仿真研究.试验研究结果与仿真结果均表明该防撞装置的缓冲消能效果良好. Eco-friendly floating anti-collision devices are the new composite anti-collision structures,expressing large specific strength,specific stiffness and specific energy absorption.Crash tests of four different conditions were carried out.By comparing the impact force,impact acceleration,displacement and other collision dynamic effects under the presence or absence anti-collision devices and different impact velocities,the buffering effects of anti-collision devices were studied.In addition,numerical simulation analysis of four different conditions were done.Experimental and simulation results showed that the anti-collision device have the effective buffer performance.The paper will provide theoretical support to promote the application of eco-friendly floating anti-collision devices.
