摘要
以可溶性淀粉为原料,采用反相悬浮法制备环氧氯丙烷交联淀粉微球,加入三聚磷酸钠进行二次交联聚合合成阴离子淀粉微球。通过单因素试验和Plackett-Burman试验确定乳化剂用量、交联剂的用量、反应时间、三聚磷酸钠用量4个主要因素对阴离子平均粒径的影响,根据中心组合设计原理采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法,获得了合成阴离子淀粉微球最小粒径的最佳工艺条件,每3g可溶性淀粉(烘干水分)的乳化剂用量为0.5g,交联剂用量为4.0ml,反应时间为1.008h,三聚磷酸钠用量为0.6g,经验证试验,最小阴离子淀粉平均粒径为30.27μm。
With soluble starch as raw material,epichlorohydrin crosslinked starch microspheres were prepared by inverse suspension, and then anionic crosslinked starch microspheres were synthetised by adding sodium tripolyphosphate. The single factor experiments test and Placket-Burman test showed that: emulsifier dosage, crosslinker dosage, reaction time and sodium tripolyphosphate amount were the major factors on the average size of anion starch microspheres. According to the principle of central composite design with four factors and three levels of response surface analysis,the optimum synthesis conditions of anionic starch microspheres with minimum diameter were obtained as that:emulsifier dosage 0.5 g,crosslinker dosage 4.0 ml, reaction time 1. 008 b and sodium tripolyphosphate amount 0.6 g. In proven test, the minimum diameter of anionic starch microspheres was 30.27 μm.
