摘要
针对掘进机后支撑腿形状特殊、尺寸大、加工精度高等特点,通过分析的零件镗孔工艺,设计了一种掘进机后支撑腿镗孔专用夹具,包括夹具体、平面支承夹紧装置、斜面辅助支承夹紧装置、侧面定位装置和尾部定位装置,提高了镗孔加工的精度和效率,也为同类零件的加工提供了参考。
According to the features of roadheader support legs,including special shape,big size and high machining precision etc,a special boring fixture for roadheader support legs was designed after analyzing the boring process of the part. It included fixture apparatus,plane support clamping device,inclined plane aided support clamping device,side positioning device and tail positioning device. Not only the precision and efficiency of boring are improved,but also certain reference value is provided to the forming of similar parts.
