摘要
对低温冷风条件下的切削机制进行理论方面的研究,分析了金属材料低温下的脆性现象。为了研究低温冷风对材料切削性能的影响,进行了低温冷风切削试验,分别从切削力、刀具磨损和工件表面质量等方面进行了检测与试验分析。与传统加工相比,低温冷风切削能够降低切削力、减少刀具磨损以及降低工件表面的粗糙度值。
The theoretical aspects of the cutting mechanism under the conditions of low-temperature cold air were researched,and brittleness phenomenon of the metal material at a low temperature was analyzed. In order to research the influences of the low-temperature cold air on material cutting performance,the low-temperature cold air turning tests were conducted,and test results were analyzed from the cutting force,the tool wear,the workpiece surface quality and etc. As compared with the traditional machining,the lowtemperature cold air cutting can reduce cutting force,tool wear and improve the surface roughness of the workpiece.
