摘要
介绍无杆牵引车的车身特点和作业流程,并对整车设计思路进行总结。分析了移动载车技术中的传动技术的原理,对比分析了牵引车捕获机轮的3种方式,并探讨转向和制动技术等可靠性技术的原理及特点。总结近年来设计无杆牵引车时采用的新技术,得出无杆牵引车的设计能够融合新技术,是未来理想的牵引方式的结论。
Characteristics of rod-less tractors' body and working flow were introduced,and the design idea of the overall vehicle was summarized. The principle of transmission technology in mobile auto carried technologies was analyzed. Three ways of wheel catching of the tractor were analyzed with comparison,and the principle and characteristics of reliable technologies as steering and braking were discussed. New technologies adopted in design of the rod-less tractor in recent years were concluded. The conclusion is that new technologies can be integrated in design of the rod-less tractor,which is the ideal way for tractor in the future.
